Effortless Bling!

Though I have not worn it yet, I will most likely wait until warmer temps and then wear it over a black cotton slip dress or cami and slim pants.
Throw on some earrings and a chunky ring and your off!
I'm a 2, sometimes 4, the straps could be tighter (maybe achieved if I wear a more substantial bra).
The dress has enough space to show the movement in the metal rather than be in a tube.
